Brian Cook is a veteran in the corporate real estate portfolio management arena and has provided a broad array of real estate services for over 15 years. He has served corporate and real estate investor clients in services including portfolio management, tenant advisory services, real estate due diligence as well as property management, landlord representation and real estate investment brokerage. Over the past several years, Brian has excelled in delivering transaction management services across national real estate portfolios serving in an in-house extension of corporate real estate departments.
Brian holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Brian earned a B.A. in Urban and Regional Studies from Miami University. He holds a real estate broker license with the State of Ohio.
Ray Demby is a Director with Bridge Partners. Ray serves investors in the commercial multifamily investment market. Ray has spent over 25 years serving the Cleveland business community. His area of expertise is finance which provides him the expertise to valuate the financial performance and market value of commercial properties. Ray’s experience provides him the ability to skillfully evaluate data, make comparisons, advise, guide, and problem solve for the commercial property investor. Ray has strong negotiating skills and the ability to use “all the tools available” in serving his investment clients.
Ray earned his bachelor’s degree from Baldwin Wallace College majoring in Business with a concentration in Finance and Management. Ray holds a real estate license with the State of Ohio.
Brian Koch brings his clients a broad business background including business strategy, management consulting, and real estate transaction services. Brian serves national real estate clients in asset selection and disposition, where he manages large volumes of diverse real estate transactions in both multi-family and commercial office leasing services.
Brian earned his Masters in Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management of Case Western Reserve University with concentrations in Marketing and Corporate Strategy. He obtained his B.A. in Economics from St. Lawrence University. Brian holds a real estate license with the State of Ohio.
Eric Yarina is an Associate with Bridge Partners, Residential Investment Division. Eric serves clients with a primary focus of one to four family investment products. Eric has hands-on experience as a multi-family investor and enthusiastically recommends pursuing small property investment opportunities in building a portfolio. Eric has aggressively entered into the multi-family market and is already a strong presence within the market.
Eric can offer the same type of advisory methodology to the Bridge Partners residential investor client that is already proven with the Bridge Partners commercial investor client. Eric holds a real estate license with the State of Ohio.
Dave Carpenter offers his clients’ years of experience in business and corporate development. In the last 14 years, Dave has been responsible for new business development, deal aggregation and M&A transactions for a major consumer products goods company. With Dave’s proven track record in complicated corporate development transactions, he serves clients in the Commercial Investment Division of Bridge Partners.
Dave earned his Masters in Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management of Case Western Reserve University with a concentration in Finance. He obtained his B.S. in Finance from Miami University. Dave holds a real estate license with the State of Ohio.
Chris Harrington has 17 years of experience working within the Real Estate industry. She has experience supervising and managing apartment communities throughout the Midwest for national REIT’s as well as local property management firms in Columbus, Ohio. Chris’ portfolios have included conventional, low income, and new construction multifamily properties. She has worked with many properties through the sales process including due diligence, audits, and market analyses. Chris serves clients in the Commercial Investment Division of Bridge Partners.
Chris is a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) through the National Apartment Association (NAA). She has been an active member in the Columbus Apartment Association (CAA) and the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCKNAA) and is a sought after instructor for courses provided through the NAA. Chris holds a real estate license with the State of Ohio.
Parul Jain has over 7 years of experience transacting, managing, and overseeing day to day operations of a privately held real estate portfolio consisting of single family, multi-family, retail, industrial and other commercial properties. Parul’s deep experience with performing real estate management and accounting for 800+ units allows her to also provide back-office process improvements for her clients through “best-in-class” property management tactics as well as software expertise with property management tools such as TenantPro and other web enabled technology platforms.
Parul looks forward to assist clients purchase and sell commercial real estate investments as well as provide value-add process improvement consulting for existing assets and portfolios. Parul serves clients within the Commercial Investment Division of Bridge Partners and holds a real estate license with the State of Ohio.
